Yes — every single recipe at Madhuri's Oven is 100% eggless, since opening day in 2017. We use yoghurt, condensed milk, banana, flax-seed, or applesauce as binding agents depending on the recipe. There is no shared egg-handling utensil, no shared baking tray. Madhuri ji's family is strictly pure-vegetarian and the bakery follows the same standard. Jain bake-options (no onion, no garlic, no root vegetable) also available — add 15%.

24 hours for classic flavours (chocolate truffle, vanilla strawberry, pineapple, butterscotch). 48 hours for designer / theme cakes. 72 hours for photo-cakes. 7 days for wedding 3-tier-and-above. 10 days for corporate hampers of 25+. For Diwali week and December 24–31, we recommend booking 2 weeks ahead — we hit capacity.

Indore-city: same-day delivery within 8 km of Vijay Nagar (₹120 flat). Indore-greater (Mhow, Manglia, Pithampur): next-day delivery (₹350). Pan-India hampers: Bluedart cold-pack 24-hr to 60+ cities (charge based on weight, ~₹450 for 1 kg). For wedding cakes outside Indore, we travel with the cake — driver + 1 assembler — and charge ₹6,800 + actuals for travel.

We can accommodate. Mention your dietary restriction at order — every cake or hamper specifies the modified-recipe price. Nut-free is no extra cost. Lactose-free uses oat or coconut cream (+15%). Gluten-free uses jowar / ragi / almond flour (+25%). Sugar-free uses date paste, jaggery, or stevia (+15%). We do not certify "trace-free" — please consult your physician for severe allergies.

Yes — zero preservatives, zero shelf-life enhancers, zero artificial colours. Brownies + cookies stay fresh 7 days at room temperature in an airtight container. Cakes 3 days refrigerated, 1 day at room temperature. Bread 2 days. Festive hampers 10 days (the brownies + truffles are individually wrapped to extend shelf-life slightly).

Madhuri ji + one of our pastry chefs travels with the cake. The cake is baked in Indore the night before, transported in our refrigerated van, and assembled / piped on-site at the banquet 4 hours before cutting. We charge ₹6,800 + travel actuals (Bhopal / Ujjain / Dewas no extra; outstation per km). For destination weddings, we coordinate with the wedding planner.

Yes — corporate Diwali is our largest single-event of the year. We start booking from August 1. Minimum 25 boxes. Each box can be customised with your company logo on the sleeve, a personalised message card, and any combination of brownies / nankhatai / truffles / mithai. Pricing starts ₹1,200 per box for a 4-piece, scaling to ₹3,800 for premium 12-piece. GST invoice available. Bulk discounts on 100+.

Yes — FSSAI Cat-A licensed since 2019. Licence number is displayed at the counter and printed on every hamper. Our 1,200-sqft Vijay Nagar kitchen is open for walk-throughs every Saturday 11 AM – 1 PM (no appointment needed) — Madhuri ji shows you the prep area, oven bank, decoration room, and packaging station. We also share live-tour videos on WhatsApp on request.

Yes — pan-India hampers ship via Bluedart cold-pack 24-hr. The hamper is sealed in a thermal-insulated box with cold packs, the brownies + truffles are individually wrapped, and the box is shipped overnight. We have shipped 2,400+ pan-India hampers since 2023 with a 99.4% intact-arrival rate. If anything is damaged, we ship a replacement at no charge.

Walk in any Saturday 4 PM – 7 PM for our weekly tasting — we keep small samples of 4–6 rotating flavours at the counter, free of charge. Or order our "Tasting Box" (₹650, 6 mini-tastes) shipped within Indore. For wedding cakes, we offer a complimentary 200g taster of your shortlist 2 weeks before the event.
